If I’m licensed in multiple states as a realtor/lender do I have to purchase multiple leads?

Yes, when you are purchasing our leads, you are purchasing leads based on the state you are licensed in. If you are licensed in multiple states, you would be purchasing for each state individually. You are able to purchase a lead for each state, and are allowed to purchase multiple states at one time.

Ex. You are a Licensed Realtor/Lender in Maryland and Virginia and you want leads for both states. When buying our leads you would select one lead for Maryland ($199) and another lead for Virginia ($199).

What is the KCV Portal?

At Kingdom Consulting Ventures we aim to make the buying, selling and investing process easy. In order to accomplish that, we have designed a unique system to be used between Realtors/Lenders, and clients. Our KCV Portal allows you to receive the leads that you purchase, through our built in dashboard. In the KCV Portal you will receive announcements on newly vetted leads. A discussion board that lets you post and interact between other individuals in your field. From credit repair personal, landscapers, contractors, other individuals and more. In this Portal you will also be given the option to communicate between the leads that we provide, if you decide to. You will be able to private chat with clients, and send over documents between each other. The KCV Portal is meant to be an effective tool to be used between Realtor/Lenders and Clients. Making communication easy on both ends, and creating a vast network for those in the real estate market.

How long do the Realtor/Lender leads last for?

When opting into our lead service at Kingdom Consulting Ventures, you are entering a contractual agreement with us. This agreement will have a time period of one year (365 days). During this year you will receive our service in providing leads to you. During this time period you will also be granted access to our KCV Portal as a member. After your time period ends, all services from Kingdom Consulting Ventures will stop, unless you renew your plan.

Are there refunds on the leads?

Our policy regarding refunds is based on the extensive time and effort invested in preparing our services to meet our clients needs. Which means we do not offer a refund option at this time. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are open to discussing any concerns or issues you may have.
